We Will GLadly come to your site to repair anything that is faulty with our products. We strive to ensure they work properly, however things happen. If we cannot fix the issue, we will gladly refund your money.

Users assume all liability once product is delivered and set up. 

Our Bounce houses will be delivered to your designated site and set up. Instructions for use can be found on our website, and safety warnings on the bouncers.

We will deliver before your scheduled time, and will come after to retrieve. ( Usually we leave a window of extra time, so users can arrange their event around hte bouncers).

This time is NOT included in user timeline, its a courtesy to our customers.
